The Bareline Black Friday Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored by Fouts Apparel LLC, doing business as Bareline ("Bareline," "we," "us"). Contact: support@bareline.com.

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi) at the time of entry and who have a valid Instagram account. Employees and contractors of Bareline and their immediate household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

To be eligible to win, you must complete all three steps:

Step 1, Sign Up: Submit the entry form on this page, including your Instagram username and signed agreement, no later than November 26, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM Eastern Time ("ET").

Step 2, Shop: Place one or more orders at bareline.com between 12:00:00 AM ET and 11:59:59 PM ET on November 27, 2026 (the "Purchase Period"), using the same email address you submitted on the entry form.

Step 3, Share: During the Purchase Period, post your order confirmation to your Instagram Story from the Instagram account you submitted on the entry form, tagging @barelinela and including #BarelineContest. Hide personal details such as your address and payment information. Your Story mention must be visible to @barelinela. We recommend saving a screenshot of your Story as backup.

Limit one entry per person, per email address, and per Instagram account. Making a purchase without submitting the entry form does not enter you.

"Qualifying Spend" means the total amount actually paid for merchandise across all orders placed by an eligible entrant during the Purchase Period, after discounts and store credit, and excluding shipping, taxes, shipping protection, and gift card purchases.

The eligible entrant who completes all three steps and has the highest Qualifying Spend wins. Orders that are canceled, refunded, charged back, disputed, or flagged as fraudulent are excluded. If two or more entrants tie, the entrant whose final qualifying order was placed earliest wins.

This Giveaway is decided by Qualifying Spend, not by chance. Bareline's determination of the winner is final.

One (1) winner will receive: (a) a full refund of their qualifying Black Friday orders, issued to the original payment method; and (b) $1,000.00 USD, sent through the payout method the winner selected on the entry form (PayPal, Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle). The winner keeps the merchandise.

The prize is not transferable. The winner is responsible for any taxes on the prize and may be asked to provide tax information if required by law. The prize will be paid within 14 days after the winner is verified.

The winner will be announced on Saturday, November 28, 2026 on the @barelinela Instagram Story and notified by Instagram DM and email. The winner must reply within 72 hours to confirm their identity and payout details. If the winner cannot be verified, does not respond in time, or is found ineligible, the prize goes to the eligible entrant with the next highest Qualifying Spend.

Bareline will only contact winners from the official @barelinela account or support@bareline.com. We will never ask for your password or card number.

By entering, you agree that every order you place at bareline.com during the Purchase Period ("Participating Orders") is final sale if you do not win. Participating Orders cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded, whether or not you complete every entry step.

This does not apply to items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or that are never delivered. Contact support@bareline.com and we will make it right. Nothing in these rules limits any rights you have under applicable law.

You agree to contact support@bareline.com before contacting your bank, card issuer, or payment provider about a Participating Order, and you agree not to dispute or charge back a Participating Order for reasons covered by this agreement, such as not winning, changing your mind, or fit. You acknowledge that Bareline may provide your signed entry, including your signature, entry details, IP address, and timestamp, to your bank, card issuer, or payment provider in response to any dispute. Charging back a Participating Order disqualifies you.

Customers who do not enter keep Bareline's standard return policy.

Bareline may disqualify any entrant who provides false information, uses multiple accounts or emails, tampers with the entry process, places fraudulent orders, or otherwise violates these rules.

Information you submit is used only to run this Giveaway, verify and pay the winner, and respond to order disputes. We do not sell your information.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability related to this Giveaway.

Bareline is not responsible for technical failures, late or incomplete entries, or Story mentions that do not reach @barelinela. Bareline may modify or cancel the Giveaway if fraud or technical problems affect its fairness. These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
