Refund policy


 

If you are not satisfied with your item, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for store credit on select items.

As a small business committed to offering high-quality products at the best possible prices, we do not offer cash refunds.


Eligible Items

Only items from the V2 Collection Page are eligible for return or exchange for store credit.

Eligible products include:

  • Light Blue Denim V2
  • Stone Wash Denim V2
  • Saturn Wash Denim
  • Black Selvedge Denim
  • Paint Splatter Denim
  • Woodland Camo Denim
  • Brown Wash Denim
  • Blue Wash Denim
  • Cloud Grey Baggy Sweatpants
  • Jet Black Baggy Sweatpants
  • Raw Black Selvedge Denim
  • Blackout Denim

 

Items not listed above are not eligible for return, including all previous collections.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be returned in brand-new condition, meaning they must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and bags fully intact

 

Items showing any signs of wear or handling will be rejected, including but not limited to:

  • Visible wear
  • Washing
  • Damage or stains
  • Odors (including smoke or fragrance)
  • Hair, lint, or debris
  • Alterations of any kind

 

Items returned without original tags, bags, or packaging will not be accepted.

If a return is rejected, the customer will be responsible for paying return shipping if they want the item sent back.

We provide prepaid shipping labels which will be subtracted from the final return amount


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at support@bareline.com and we will arrange a replacement.


Shipping Responsibility & Incorrect Addresses

 

We are not responsible for issues that arise with the shipping carrier after an order has shipped.

If a customer provides an incorrect or invalid shipping address, we are unable to intervene as the address information is submitted directly by the customer during checkout.

If a package is returned to our facility due to an invalid address, the customer must contact us regarding their order.

Once the returned package is received, we will process a refund for the order amount excluding the original shipping cost.
