Processing & Shipping Times

V2 Collection orders are processed within 1 business day and ship from Texas, USA.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday using multiple carriers to ensure reliable delivery. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day (typically Monday).

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times for Non-V2 Collection Items

Non-V2 Collection orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Once shipped, delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks with standard shipping (non-USPS).

Standard shipping does not apply to V2 Collection items.

V2 International Shipping

We now offer international shipping for the V2 Collection. All international V2 orders are shipped via DHL and include duties and tariffs paid at checkout (DDP), so there are no surprise charges upon delivery.

International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. In most cases, import taxes and duties are covered under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).

However, in rare cases where additional fees are required by your local customs authority, the customer is responsible for those charges.
